Basil Pasta

1 lb. Made from our own blend of North Dakota hard winter wheat (durum) flour and semolina mixed with fresh eggs, water and basil. It can be cooked to an al dente texture in just 2 to 3 minutes. Combine with one of our sauces for a quick, delicious, and inexpensive meal the whole family will enjoy. Choose a cut: Fettuchine Cut 1/4", Vermicelli Cut 1/16", Linguine Cut 1/8", Pappardelle Cut 3/8", Full Sheets 12x16".

1 Lb Alfredo Sauce

16 oz. Our Alfredo sauce is made from the best quality unsalted butter, fresh cream, Parmesan cheese, milk, white pepper, nutmeg, and salt. It is velvety smooth and rich tasting. A light coating is all you need to enhance any of our pasta. Shipped frozen.

Bolognese Style Lasagna

2 lb. Serves 2-3. Thin layers of fresh spinach pasta are layered between a home-made pork sausage filling with carrots and celery. This filling is bound with a mushroom flavored bechamel sauce and a thin layer of plum tomato and basil sauce, and topped with more bechamel and grated Asiago cheese. Remember, as with all our prepared entrees, allow to rest and settle for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Shipped frozen.

Chicken Dinner Quick Meal

Serves 3-4. Contains chicken dinner, plum tomato and basil 16 oz sauce, and 1 lb fresh basil pappardelle. Perishable. Shipped frozen.

6 Lb Cheese Lasagna

Serves 8-10. We blend fresh whole milk ricotta cheese with roasted peppers, eggs, pecorino Romano cheese a touch of sour cream and spices and then layer it between fresh sheets pasta, laced with our plum tomato and basil sauce. Remember, as with all our prepared entrees, allow to rest and settle for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Shipped frozen.
